Vigor 2800 Series
Introducción
- La Serie Vigor 2800 están diseñados para cubrir las necesidades de pequeñas y medianas empresas 
así como usuarios de negocios. Los Vigor 2800 son equipos de acceso ADSL2/2+ (compatibles con ADSL convencional). Soportan velocidades de bajada de hasta 12Mbps (ADSL2) o 24Mbps (ADSL2+), además de las velocidades de las tradicionales líneas de ADSL normal. La Serie Vigor 2800 son capaces de proveer acceso a Internet con excepcionales anchos de banda.
- Seguridad y facilidad de acceso: Soportan hasta hasta 32 redes privadas virtuales a través de la red publica (VPN). Para su seguridad el acceso de VPN puede ser encriptado utilizando DES, 3DES o AES, certificados X509, ...etc. Adicionalmente el router va provisto de un potente firewall que le protegen de ataques maliciosos desde internet.
- Gama: Hay una extensa gama de modelos Vigor 2800 para adaptarse sus necesidades. Por ejemplo, los modelos "G" (2800 G, 2800 Gi) incluyen un módulo wireless integrado Super GTM capaz de facilitar acceso inalábrico a velocidades de hasta 108Mbps. Para la privacidad de los datos de la red inalámbrica se pueden configurar codificaciones de las transmisiones utilizando los estándares de encriptación WPA, WPA2. Además el módulo wireless soporta WDS (Wireless Distribution System) que le permite conectar otro AP como repetidor y ampliar la cobertura de la zona wireless según sus necesidades.
